Lincolnshire County Council saves 75% of classroom time with e-Induction
Balance Learning has been working with Lincolnshire County Council since August 2005 and has implemented a number of initiatives including designing a new policy management system, named Info2Work and most recently Email Migration training.
Balance Learning also provided Lincolnshire County Council's E-Induction system and since its launch in 2006 it has saved 75% of induction time:
"Without the system we would have to take new starters out of the workplace for at least 2 days to induct them on all the key areas. Now they only need to attend a half day event to meet the key people in the organisation and the rest they can learn through accessing the system in their own time at their own place of work!"
Wendy Henry - Organisational Development Officer
