Once participants have completed this programme, they will be able to make a bigger impact in your business. Specifically they will:

• Understand the influencing process and its associated skills and attitudes
• Assess the accuracy of their five-step plan for win-win outcomes
• Assess their influencing plan, the success of their analysis of blockers, floaters and champions, and their choice of influencing tactics
• Identify thinking patterns and understand how to respond appropriately, use whole body listening, and recognise false realities
• Establish rapport by identifying someone’s values and building trus
• Use effective influencing strategies and tactics with teams at different stages of growth and with differing team member types
• Plan to improve their influence in meetings with peers and customers.

There is no limit to the number of times you can play this iDVD or the number of students the course is shown to.

Q: Can I play this iDVD on my computer?

A: If your computer has the ablility to play normal DVD's you will be able to play this iDVD.

Q: I would like to put all of my staff through this course, would that be possible?

A: Yes absolutely, but if you have a large number of staff, for example 100 upwards, we advise that an online version would suit your requirements better. With the Online version students complete a post test and have the ablility to print a completion certificate, as long as they pass the test!!! Contact us for more information and pricing.
