We provide the flexibility for you to create your own questions and competencies, or if you prefer, we have standard templates available. By having participants rate their knowledge, skills and behaviours relating to a specific topic, and then asking their managers, peers, and other subordinates to complete the same survey, participants can be helped to build a clear picture of the areas that need development. Key Highlights
Easy Start to the 360 degree feedback toolSetting up a 360 degree feed back survey is as easy as 1-2-3.
Quality AssessmentStudents are invited to take part in the 360 degree feed back process via an email including a link to the Balance 360 degree feed back Assessment Tool. Their first task is to nominate their respondents and personalise the invitation email; the 360 degree feed back assessment survey is then automatically sent to their nominees. Carefully designed questions and the anonymity of the process encourages people to consider their answers, while the customisable online interface makes the surveys quick to complete. Clear ReportingAs soon as all of the surveys are submitted, the results are available to download in a comprehensive report format to both trainer and student. There’s no waiting. The report automatically calculates the rating range and average for each competency and/or question, and displays the information graphically using colour-coded spider or bar charts. People can compare their self-rating, their manager’s rating and the anonymous averages of peer and subordinate ratings, to instantly see what areas they should focus on developing. Each survey question can include free format comments to clarify the rating or provide more detailed constructive feedback about a skill or behaviour. Trainers can compare and review groups of students side-by-side; they can compare an individual’s assessment with the rest of his or her peer group and/or with a high performing individual. These fast, visual comparisons provide a powerful indication of the areas that need to be developed and genuinely contribute to improved business performance. |
