We host everything and provide access for 12 months as part of the survey price. If you haven't used all of your surveys there is a renewal charge of £5 per survey for each additional 12 months you require.

We don't charge extra for you to be able to customise surveys or to use ours.

We do make a small charge if you require reports to be customised (this is not often necessary).

We do charge if you need the assistance of a qualified organisational psychologist to help prepare reports or deliver feedback.

 

• Create your survey
  • Either from our template or from scratch using our wide range of question types including free-form comments
  • Decide on options such as how many of each type of rater is required, whether participants can choose their own raters and whether you will allow "Don't know" or "Not applicable" options
  • Decide on a time limit before raters are sent reminder emails
• Set up participants and start survey
  • Enter the email address for each participant and rater (unless participants are being asked to nominate raters)
  • Edit the covering email messages and click once to distribute the surveys automatically.
• Monitor progress
  • You will be alerted by email when a survey is completed
  • You can view progress at any time
  • You can send additional reminders with a single click
• Create your reports
  • Download a comprehensive report in MS word readable format
  • Add any finishing touches such as logos and Spider charts
