The Portal’s reporting functionality makes it easy to monitor each student’s progress, so you can offer individualised support as required, and to monitor groups of students, so you can assess how well each training course is working.
Each Balance Learning e-learning course comes with the option of pre and/or post tests and the Portal will track and report test results on a section by section basis. The post test can be set-up to have an optional pass mark and limited number of attempts. Reports available include (but are not limited to):

The Balance Portal has many functions and is configured according to what is purchased. The functions include:
- Automate registration and invitation emails to e-learning, surveys, classroom events etc.
- Monitor individual activity: on screen reporting allows the administrator to view if the user has registered on the site, started the course, duration of viewing the course or completion of the course.
- Monitor group activity: on screen reporting allows the administrator to view progress and scores.
