- Explain an individual's rights in respect of personal data and its processing.

This course identifies and processes subject to access requests, associated legislation e.g. Human Rights Act, Freedom of Information Act, and best practice scenarios.
This course also goes into more detail about the Data Protection Act's 8 Principles including sharing and management data and individual rights.
