A leading, national premium department store group chose to use four of our Courses: Time Management, Customer Service,Meetings, and Problem Solving. Their specialists decided that the content covered the competencies they needed and liked the instructional approach as well as the ability to run our video over their IT infrastructure. To help their staff better identify and engage with the eLearning, we branded all the courses with the organisation’s familiar imagery. Equality & Diversity for a highly rated London Borough
Building on two of our Equality and Diversity eLearning courses , we used the council’s demographics, policies and plans to create customised case studies and exercises to illustrate the specific issues and situations in one of the most diverse areas of the country.
The resulting course is used to train every new employee and provides refresher training across the council. It links to the latest policies and procedures on their intranet and supports the Council’s vision and commitment to ensure equality of access and opportunities for everyone in Barnet so it has to be engaging, relevant and high quality.
